一、 引言

1. 本《用戶隱私政策》(下稱“本政策”)適用於全部Teamee產品,包括Teamee版本(Teamee安卓端應用程式、Teamee ios端應用程式、Teamee網站 (以下合稱“Teamee系列產品及/或服務”)。

特別提醒:由於Teamee的產品和服務較多,為您提供的產品和服務內容也有所不同,本隱私政策為Teamee統一適用的一般性隱私政策條款。針對Teamee的某些特定產品/服務,Teamee還將制定特定隱私政策,您應在充分閱讀並同意特定隱私政策的全部內容後再使用該特定產品/服務。

2. 請您在使用Teamee產品及/或服務前仔細閱讀並理解本政策的全部內容,一旦您使用Teamee產品及/或服務,即表示您同意我們按照本政策使用和處理您的相關資訊。

3.我們可能會不時依據法律法規或業務調整對本政策進行修訂。當本政策發生重大變更,我們會在版本更新後通過在顯著位置提示或推送通知、消息等形式向您展示變更後的內容。本政策所指的重大變更包括但不限於:我們的服務模式發生重大變化,如處理個人資訊的目的、處理的個人資訊類型、個人資訊的使用方式等;我們在控制權等方面發生重大變化,如並購重組等引起的所有者變更等;個人資訊共用、轉讓或公開披露的主要對象發生變化;您參與個人資訊處理方面的權利及其行使方式發生重大變化;我們負責處理個人資訊安全的責任部門、聯絡方式及投訴管道發生變化時等。

4.您需理解,只有在您確認並同意變更後的隱私政策,我們才會依據變更後的隱私政策收集、使用、處理和存儲您的個人資訊;您有權拒絕同意變更後的隱私政策,但請您知悉,一旦您拒絕同意變更後的隱私政策,可能導致您不能或不能繼續完整使用Teamee產品及/或服務,或者無法達到產品擬達到的服務效果。

二、關於我們

1.Teamee由NUCLEUS COMMUNICATIONS PTE.LTD(註冊地址為“73 Upper Paya Lebar Road #06-01C Centro Bianco Singapore 534818 ”,以下簡稱“我們”或“Teamee”)及關聯方提供產品運營和服務。

2.關聯方是指NUCLEUS COMMUNICATIONS PTE.LTD。控制指通過所有權、有投票權的股份、合同、實際運營關聯或其他被依法認定的方式直接或間接地擁有影響被控制對象管理/經營的能力。

三、名詞解釋

除非另有約定,本政策中使用到的名詞,通常僅具有以下定義:

1. 個人資訊(出自於《個人資訊保護法》):個人資訊是以電子或者其他方式記錄的與已識別或者可識別的自然人有關的各種資訊,不包括匿名化處理後的資訊。本隱私政策中涉及的個人資訊包括自然人的基本資料(包括姓名、生日、性別、住址、電話號碼、電子郵箱)、個人身份資訊(包括身份證件號碼)、個人生物識別資訊(包括指紋、面部特徵)、網路身份標識資訊(包括系統帳號、IP地址、郵箱地址以及與前述有關的密碼、口令、口令保護答案)、個人財產資訊(包括銀行帳號、口令、交易和消費記錄、虛擬貨幣、虛擬交易、兌換碼等虛擬財產資訊)、通訊錄資訊、個人上網記錄(包括網站流覽記錄、軟體使用記錄)、個人常用設備資訊(包括硬體序列號、硬體型號、設備MAC地址、 操作系統類型、軟體列表、唯一設備識別字)、個人位置資訊(包括大概地理位置、精確定位資訊)。我們實際具體收集的個人資訊種類以本政策描述為准。

2.個人敏感資訊(出自於《個人資訊保護法》):敏感個人資訊是一旦洩露或者非法使用,容易導致自然人的人格尊嚴受到侵害或者人身、財產安全受到危害的個人資訊,包括生物識別、宗教信仰、特定身份、醫療健康、金融帳戶、行蹤軌跡等資訊, 以及不滿十四周歲未成年人的個人資訊。本隱私政策中涉及的個人敏感資訊包括您的個人財產資訊、個人身份資訊(包括身份證件號碼)、個人生物識別資訊、網路身份標識資訊、通訊錄資訊、精准定位資訊、收貨地址。我們實際具體收集的個人敏感資訊種類以本政策描述為准。

3.設備:是指可用於訪問我們的產品和/或服務的裝置,例如臺式電腦、筆記本電腦、平板電腦或智能手機。

4.唯一設備識別碼(專屬ID或UUID):是指由設備製造商編入到設備中的一串字元,可用於以獨有方式標識相應設備(如IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OpenUDID/GUID/SIM卡IMSI資訊等)。唯一設備識別碼有多種用途,其中可在不能使用Cookie(例如在移動應用程式中)時用以提供廣告。

5.IP地址:每臺上網的設備都會指定一個編號,稱為互聯網協議(IP)地址。這些編號通常都是根據地理區域指定的。IP 地址通常可用於識別設備連接至互聯網時所在的位置。

6. SSL:SSL(Secure Socket Layer)又稱為安全套接層,是在傳輸通信協議(TCP/IP)上實現的一種安全協議。SSL支持各種類型的網路,同時提供三種基本的安全服務,均通過使用公開密鑰和對稱密鑰技術以達到資訊保密的效果。

7. Cookie:Cookie是包含字串的小檔,在您登入和使用網站或其他網路內容時發送、存放在您的電腦、移動設備或其他裝置內(通常經過加密)。Cookie同類技術是可用於與Cookie類似用途的其他技術,例如:Web Beacon、Proxy、嵌入式腳本等。

8. 帳號:當您註冊帳號並向我們提供一些個人資訊,您就可以更好的使用我們的服務。當您訪問Teamee時,系統會利用這些帳號資訊對您進行身份驗證,以防止未經授權的人員訪問您的帳號。

9. 匿名化:是指通過對個人資訊的技術處理,使得個人資訊主體無法被識別或者關聯,且處理後的資訊不能被復原的過程。

10.去標識化:是指通過對個人資訊的技術處理,使其在不借助額外資訊的情況下,無法識別或關聯個人資訊主體的過程。

11. 伺服器日誌:通常情況下,我們的伺服器會自動記錄您在訪問網站時所發出的網頁請求。這些“伺服器日誌”通常包括您的網路請求、互聯網協議地址、流覽器類型、流覽器語言、請求的日期和時間及可以唯一識別您的流覽器的一個或多個Cookie。

四、 我們如何收集和使用您的個人資訊

1. 我們依據法律法規以及遵循以下原則收集和使用您主動提供或由於產品和/或服務需要而產生的個人資訊:權責一致原則、目的明確原則、選擇同意原則、最小必要原則、確保安全原則、主體參與原則、公開透明原則等。如果我們欲將您的個人資訊用於本政策未載明的其他用途,或基於特定目的將收集而來的資訊用於其他目的,我們會及時以合理的方式向您告知,並在使用前再次征得您的同意。

2. 我們收集和使用的您的個人資訊及許可權類型包括:

2.1 我們產品與/或服務的核心業務功能所必需的資訊:此類資訊為產品與/或服務正常運行的必備資訊,您須授權我們收集及使用。如您拒絕授權及提供,您將無法正常使用我們的產品與/或服務;

2.2 附加業務功能可能需要收集的資訊:此信息為非核心業務功能所需的資訊,您可以選擇是否授權我們收集及使用。如您拒絕授權及提供,將導致附加業務功能無法實現或無法達到產品擬達到的效果,但不影響您對核心業務功能的正常使用。

2.3 為保證產品的正常運行,並為您實現更好的產品功能,我們會在您使用特定功能或服務時,向您申請通訊錄、地理位置、攝像頭等許可權,以上許可權均不會默認開啟,只有經過您的明示授權才會在實現特定功能或服務時使用,您也可以撤回授權。特別需要指出的是,即使經過您的授權,我們獲得了這些敏感許可權,也不會在相關功能或服務不需要時而收集您的資訊。

3. 我們需要特別提醒您:您理解並同意,我們希望提供給您的產品及/或服務是趨於完善的,所以我們會不斷改進我們的產品和服務,因此我們可能會經常推出新的業務功能,屆時可能需要收集新的個人資訊或變更個人資訊使用目的或方式,我們會通過更新本政策、頁面提示、彈窗、網站公告等方式另行向您說明該資訊收集的目的、內容、使用方式和範圍,並在征得您明示同意後收集。

4. 通常情況下,我們會在以下場景中收集和使用您的個人資訊:

4.1 帳號註冊、登錄、認證

4.1.1. 帳號註冊、登陸

您在註冊及/或登錄Teamee帳號時,為幫助您完成註冊及/或登錄,我們提供了三種登陸方式:

4.1.1.1 當您選擇“本機號碼一鍵登陸”時,經過您的同意,運營商基於合作會將您的手機號碼發送給我們,便於我們為您提供快捷的登錄服務; 您需理解,手機號碼屬於您的個人敏感資訊,如您拒絕提供可能將導致您無法通過一鍵登錄註冊及/或登陸帳號並使用相關產品與/或服務功能,但不影響您通過其他方式註冊及/或登陸帳號,也不影響其他功能的使用;

4.1.1.2 當您選擇“其他手機號碼登陸”時,您需要向我們提供該手機號碼及您收到的短信驗證碼,目的是用來驗證註冊及/或登錄Teamee帳號, 您需理解,手機號碼和驗證碼匹配結果屬於您的個人敏感資訊,我們收集該類資訊是基於法律法規的要求,如您拒絕提供可能將導致您無法註冊帳號並使用相關產品與/或服務功能; 請您注意,在使用手機號及驗證碼進行登錄時(含一鍵登錄),我們可能需要將實現登錄所必需的資訊(如驗證碼資訊)在剪切板中寫入與讀取。這些資訊僅供實現登錄相關的目的所使用,不會收集您的隱私資訊。

4.1.1.3 當您選擇第三方帳號登陸時(例如微信登陸、蘋果帳戶登陸等),經過您明示授權同意, 您將授權我們獲取您登陸所使用的第三方帳號的公開信息(例如頭像、昵稱、性別及您授權的其他資訊),並將該帳號與您的Teamee產品帳號及手機號碼進行綁定。

4.1.2. 資料完善

在您完成產品帳號註冊後,您可以自行決定是否需要完善您的性別、年齡、昵稱、學歷、頭像、生日、身高、所在地、學校、職業、家鄉、個性標籤、交友心聲等網路身份識別資訊。 其中性別、年齡屬於使用Teamee產品基本功能所必須的資訊(我們會基於性別提供性別匹配服務;我們會基於年齡,拒絕向未成年人提供服務),如您拒絕提供,將無法使用我們的產品和功能。對於其他資訊,如果您完善資訊,將有助於我們為您提供更好的服務和體驗(例如獲得更好的匹配推薦),但如果您不提供上述資訊,將不會影響使用產品的基本功能。

4.1.3. 實名認證

在您使用實名認證的功能或相關特定服務所需時,根據相關法律法規,您需要向我們提供您的真實身份資訊(真實姓名、身份證號碼、電話號碼)及面部特徵資訊以核實您的身份並完成實名認證服務。 這些資訊屬於個人敏感資訊,您可以拒絕提供,如果拒絕提供您將可能無法獲得相關服務,但不影響其他產品及/或服務的正常使用;

4.1.4. 帳號升級服務

為了您在Teamee系列產品中一致的服務體驗,使您方便快捷的體驗關聯版本的特殊服務功能。我們特為您提供了帳號升級服務,您將可以通過升級後的帳號跨平臺的流覽其他關聯版本中用戶發佈的內容、與其他用戶交流、分享您發佈的內容。請您注意,帳號升級服務是為您提供的增值服務功能,我們將征得您的同意。如您選擇使用並同意《授權協議》,我們將使用相關技術同步您在Teamee平臺上的帳號資訊和內容至關聯版本平臺上,其中可能包括:昵稱、頭像、地區、性別、年齡等您設置為公開資料的帳號資訊;同步您使用Teamee帳號發佈的內容;同步您授權的其他資訊(詳見《授權協議》)。如您拒絕,您屆時將無法使用帳號升級服務,但不影響您使用其他產品及/或服務的正常使用;

4.2 上傳動態、頭像、照片

當您上傳頭像或照片、發佈動態,包括發佈文字、圖片、語音、短視頻時,您需要相應開啟攝像頭、錄音、相冊、存儲許可權。 同時,您也可以隨時通過您設備的相關功能設置開啟/取消該許可權。當您取消該授權後,我們無法再為您提供上述與之對應的服務。 您上傳的動態照片、文字、短視頻、評論、點贊這些資訊會存儲在我們的伺服器中,因為存儲是實現這一功能所必需的。 我們會以加密的方式存儲,您也可以隨時刪除這些資訊。除非經您自主選擇或遵從相關法律法規要求,我們不會對外提供上述動態資訊,或者將其用於該功能以外的其他用途。

4.3. 特別提示:您公開發佈的資訊中可能會涉及您或他人的個人資訊甚至個人敏感資訊,如您在發佈動態時選擇上傳包含個人敏感資訊的圖片,請您謹慎考慮,是否在使用我們的服務時共用甚至公開分享相關資訊。我們建議您不要上傳家中未成年人或其他未成年人的照片及其他個人資訊。

4.4 關注好友及好友管理功能

4.4.1 您可以選擇與您感興趣的人建立關注(好友)關係或通過我們提供的功能組件向其他第三方分享資訊。 我們將收集包括您的關注關係、分享歷史在內的服務日誌資訊用於實現上述功能。如果您拒絕提供將無法使用此功能,但並不影響您正常使用產品與/或服務的其他功能;

4.4.2 您可以在我們的產品中添加或刪除好友,為幫您實現這一功能,我們會創建好友列表資訊。好友列表是建立與管理好友關係所必需的必要資訊。

4.7 從第三方間接收集的您的個人資訊

4.7.1 您理解並知悉,您向外部第三方(Teamee關聯公司除外)提供的個人資訊,或外部第三方收集的您的個人資訊,我們無法獲取,更不會使用非常規方式(如:惡意干預對方系列APP數據)擅自以軟體程式獲得您的個人資訊。 我們可能因業務發展的需要而確實需要從第三方間接收集(如共用等)您的個人資訊的,且由我們直接或共同為您提供產品或服務的,我們(或第三方)在收集前會向您明示共用的您個人資訊的來源、類型、使用目的、方式和所用於的業務功能、授權同意範圍(如果使用方式和範圍超出您在第三方原授權範圍的,我們會再次征得您的授權同意);

4.7.2 我們的某些產品或服務由第三方業務合作夥伴提供或共同提供時,為了必要且合理開展業務,我們可能會從部分業務合作夥伴處間接收集的您的部分資訊、其他方使用我們的產品與/或服務時所提供有關您的資訊。

4.7.3 我們將會對上述個人資訊將進行安全加固(包括敏感資訊報備、敏感資訊加密存儲、訪問許可權控制等)。我們會使用不低於我們對自身用戶個人資訊同等的保護手段與措施對間接獲取的個人資訊進行保護。

4.8 向您提供安全保障功能,保證您更安全的使用產品/服務

為向您提供更安全、可信的產品與使用環境,保護您或其他用戶或公眾的人身及財產安全免遭侵害網路攻擊/入侵、網路欺詐、釣魚網站、網站漏洞、電腦病毒等安全風險,更好的預防及識別違反法律法規及Teamee平臺規則的情況,提供優質、可靠的服務與資訊,我們會收集關於您使用的產品或服務以及使用方式的資訊並將這些資訊進行關聯或整合,這些資訊包括:

4.8.1 設備資訊: 我們會根據您在軟體安裝及使用中授予的具體許可權, 接收並記錄您所使用的設備型號、操作系統版本、設備識別碼(包括IMEI/Android ID/Device_ID/IDFV/OAID/SN ID/MEID、SIM卡手機號、IMSI)、網路設備硬體地址、MAC等軟硬體特徵資訊、設備應用安裝列表、設備所在位置相關資訊(如IP 地址、WLAN接入點、藍牙、基站、地理位置資訊)。需要您注意,這些資訊是我們提供服務和保障產品正常運行所收集的基本資訊; 請您知悉,為了幫助我們進行bug分析、反黑產等安全保護工作,保障您正常使用本產品與/或服務、改進和優化我們的產品體驗、保障您的帳號安全,在您將本產品切換至後臺或者處於靜默狀態時,我們會收集您的設備資訊(包括androidId、wifiMac、wifi地址、wifi名稱、mac、meid、imei或oaid、brand、系統版本、經緯度資訊)。

4.8.2 日誌資訊:當您使用我們的網站或客戶端提供的產品或服務時,我們會自動收集您對我們產品或服務的詳細使用情況,作為有關網路日誌保存。(例如您的搜索查詢內容、IP地址、流覽器的類型、電信運營商等);

4.8.3 需要您注意,單獨的設備資訊、日誌資訊等是無法識別特定自然人身份的資訊,故單獨的設備資訊、日誌資訊非本政策所指“個人資訊”。如果我們將這類非個人資訊與其他資訊結合用於識別特定自然人身份,或者將其與個人資訊結合使用,則在結合使用期間,這類非個人資訊將被視為個人資訊,除取得您授權或法律法規另有規定外,我們會將該類個人資訊做匿名化、去標識化處理;

4.8.4 其他資訊:為了預防惡意程式及安全運營所必需,我們會收集安裝的應用資訊或正在運行的進程資訊、應用程式的總體運行、使用情況與頻率、總體安裝使用情況、性能數據、應用來源,並可能使用或整合您的用戶資訊、交易資訊、設備資訊、有關網路日誌資訊,進而綜合判斷您帳戶及交易風險、進行身份驗證、檢測及防範安全事件,並依法採取必要的記錄、審計、分析、處置措施。

4.9 消息通知

您知悉並同意,對於您在使用我們產品及/或服務的過程中提供的您的聯繫方式(如聯繫電話), 我們在運營中可能會向其中的一種或多種發送多類通知,用於用戶消息告知、身份驗證、安全驗證、用戶使用體驗調研等用途;此外,我們也可能會向在前述過程中收集的手機號碼通過短信、電話的方式,為您提供您可能感興趣的服務、功能或活動等商業性資訊的用途,但請您放心,如您不願接受這些資訊,您可以通過手機短信中提供的退訂方式進行退訂,也可以直接與我們聯繫進行退訂。

4.10 依法豁免征得同意收集和使用的個人資訊

需要提醒您注意,以下情形中,收集和使用您的個人資訊無需您的同意:

4.10.1 與個人資訊控制者履行法律法規規定的義務相關的;

4.10.2 與國家安全、國防安全直接相關的;

4.10.3 與公共安全、公共衛生、重大公共利益直接相關的;

4.10.4 與刑事偵查、起訴、審判和判決執行等直接相關的;

4.10.5 出於維護個人資訊主體或其他個人的生命、財產等重大合法權益但又很難得到本人同意的;

4.10.6 收集的個人資訊是您自行向社會公眾公開的;

4.10.7 從合法公開披露的資訊中收集的您的個人資訊的,如合法的新聞報導、政府資訊公開等管道;

4.10.8 根據您的要求簽訂和履行合同所必需的;

4.10.9 用於維護所提供的產品與/或服務的安全穩定運行所必需的,例如發現、處置產品與/或服務的故障;

4.10.10 出於公共利益開展統計或學術研究所必要,且對外提供學術研究或描述的結果時,對結果中所包含的個人資訊進行去標識化處理的;

4.10.11 為合法的新聞報導所必需的;

4.10.12 法律法規規定的其他情形。

五、我們如何共用、轉讓、公開披露個人資訊

1. 共用

我們非常重視對您的個人資訊的保護,您的個人資訊是我們為您提供產品與/或服務的重要依據和組成部分,對於您的個人資訊,我們僅在本政策所述目的和範圍內或根據法律法規的要求收集和使用,並嚴格保密。 通常情況下,我們不會與任何公司、組織和個人共用您的個人資訊,但以下情況除外:

1.1 事先已獲得您的明確授權或同意;

1.2 根據適用的法律法規、法律程式、政府的強制命令或司法裁定而需共用您的個人資訊;

1.3 在法律要求或允許的範圍內,為了保護Teamee及其用戶或社會公眾的利益、財產或安全免遭損害而有必要提供您的個人資訊給第三方;

1.4 您的個人資訊將來可能會在我們的關聯公司之間共用:為向您提供一致化服務以及便於您進行統一管理,我們可能會將您的個人資訊與我們的關聯公司共用。但我們只會共用必要的個人資訊(如為便於您使用Teamee帳號登陸並使用關聯公司的其他產品或服務,識別帳號異常或保護Teamee關聯公司或其他用戶或公眾的人身財產安全免遭侵害,我們會在關聯公司內共用您必要的帳戶資訊),如果我們共用您的個人敏感資訊或者關聯方改變個人資訊的使用目的,將再次徵求您的授權同意。

1.5 為提升相關領域的科研能力,促進科技發展水準,我們在確保數據安全與目的正當的情形下,可能會與科研所、高校等機構共用去標識化或匿名化的數據;

1.6 為了向您提供更完善、優質的產品和服務,我們的某些服務將由授權合作夥伴提供。 我們可能會與合作夥伴共用您的某些個人資訊,以提供更好的客戶服務和用戶體驗。 我們僅會出於合法、正當、必要、特定、明確的目的共用您的個人資訊,並且只會共用提供服務所必要的個人資訊。同時,我們會與合作夥伴簽署嚴格的保密協定,要求他們按照我們的說明、本隱私政策以及其他任何相關的保密和安全措施來處理您的個人資訊。我們的合作夥伴無權將共用的個人資訊用於任何其他用途。如果您拒絕我們的合作夥伴在提供服務時收集為提供服務所必須的個人資訊,將可能導致您無法在我們的平臺中使用該第三方服務。 通常我們的合作夥伴有如下幾類:

1.6.1 為我們的產品與/或服務提供功能支持的服務提供商:例如提供支付服務的支付機構,我們共用資訊的目的僅為實現我們產品與/或服務的功能;

1.6.2 第三方SDK類服務商: 我們的產品中可能會包含第三方SDK或其他類似的應用程式,如您在我們平臺上使用這類由第三方提供的服務時, 您同意將由其直接收集和處理您的資訊(如以嵌入代碼、插件等形式);此時,第三方SDK服務商將獲取您的某些個人資訊,以提供更好的客戶服務和用戶體驗。 您拒絕向第三方機構提供資訊僅會使您無法使用第三方機構提供的技術所搭載的功能,但不影響您使用我們產品與/或服務的其他功能;

1.6.3 您確認我們有權與委託我們進行資訊推廣和廣告投放的合作夥伴共用我們使用您的相關資訊集合形成的間接用戶畫像、去標識化或匿名化處理後的分析/統計類資訊, 以幫助其進行廣告或決策建議、提高廣告有效觸達率、進一步瞭解用戶需求;我們可能與業務的服務商、供應商和其他合作夥伴共用分析去標識化的設備資訊或統計資訊,這些資訊難以或無法與您的真實身份相關聯。這些資訊將幫助我們分析、衡量廣告和相關服務的有效性。我們承諾:未經您的同意,我們不會與其共用可以識別您身份的個人資訊;

1.6.4 當您選擇參加我們及我們的關聯方或第三方舉辦的有關行銷活動時, 可能需要您提供姓名、通信地址、聯繫方式、銀行帳號資訊。這些資訊是個人敏感資訊,拒絕提供可能會影響您參加相關活動,但不會影響我們產品及/或服務的其他功能。 只有經過您的同意,我們才會將這些資訊與關聯方或第三方共用,以保障您在聯合活動中獲得體驗一致的服務,或委託第三方及時向您兌現獎勵。

The purpose is to verify registration and/or log in to your Teamee account. For other information, if you complete the information, it will help us to provide you with better service and experience (for example, to get better matching recommendations), but if you do not provide the above information, it will not affect the use of the basic functions of the products.

4.1.3.Authentication

When you use the function of real person authentication or related specific services required, according to the relevant laws and regulations, facial characteristics information to verify your identity and complete the real name authentication service. Such information is sensitive personal information, you may refuse to provide, if you refuse to provide you may not be able to access the relevant services, but does not affect the normal use of other products and services;

4.2 Uploading moment, avatar and photo

When you upload avatar or photo and post moment, including text, picture, voice and short video, you need to open camera, recording, album and storage permission accordingly.
